Walking away from the Cathedral along Broad Street, Penn House is on the right hand side approximately two thirds of the way down the street. The entrance to the centre is directly opposite the Green Dragon Hotel.
- Full disabled access; there is a flat entrance from the street and a ramp into the Test Centre.
- There are no waiting facilities in the Test Centre for people accompanying candidates.
