How to change personal details on CSCS Card?

Replacing the card is necessary for individuals seeking an update of their altered personal details on their CSCS card. You need to apply for a new card to include or modify qualifications on your CSCS card.

Change Your Name, DOB, Address, NI Number, and Gender
Changing Name:
For changing the name on your CSCS card, you may furnish one of the following documents:
- Marriage or civil partnership certificate
- Birth certificate
- Deed poll
- Statutory declaration of name change
- Passport
- Driving license
- Biometric Residence Permit
If you can’t produce any of the above-mentioned documents, you can submit any two of the following documents:
- Bank statement
- Utility bill
- Council tax bill
- A pay slips
Changing Date of Birth:
To change your date of birth on the CSCS card, you will have to provide any of the following documents:
- Passport
- Driving license
- Birth certificate
- Biometric Residence Permit
Changing Address:
You can change your postal address on the CSCS card by simply changing it online or over the phone by answering the security questions correctly.
Changing the National Insurance Number:
If you want to change your National Insurance Number on your CSCS card, it is mandatory to provide one of the following documents:
- Plastic NI card
- Letter from HMRC
Changing your Gender:
You can change your gender/pronoun on your CSCS card by providing one of the following documents:
- Deed poll
- Statutory declaration of name and gender change
- Gender recognition certificate
- A new birth or adoption certificate showing the new gender
- Passport
- Driving license
- Biometric Residence Permit
If you can’t produce any of the above-mentioned documents, you can submit any two of the following documents:
- Bank statement
- Utility bill
- Council tax bill
